Description:
A gradual climb to the eastern side of Mynydd Llangatwg and returning back over the top of the Llangatwg escarpment. The geology of the area will be described by a local geologist.

John Inns Memorial Walk

Description:
There is limited car parking at the start of the walk, so car-share from the White Hart, Talybont, leaving some cars in the village.
Walk via the Bryn to Carn Pica. Then SE to Allt Lwyd before descending to Talybont Reservoir & a steady climb back to the parking place. 2500ft ascent.

Description:
The car park is at the head of the Grwyne Fawr valley.
A walk along well made tracks & an old railway line, rising gradually to the dam, with a bit of industrial history along the way. A short scramble down by the damn & a level return. 1000ft ascent.
