A circuit in the lower Black Mountains taking in Table Mountain, Llanbedr, Llangenny and returning to Crickhowell beside the river Usk. 1800 ft ascent.

Description:
Car park:- Take Llanbedr Rd out of Crickhowell, up valley for 4 miles. Right at no through road sign.

Meet at the Old Chapel for a cup of coffee, before climbing up to the ridge and turning north to Pen y Gadair Fawr, and Waun Fach, returning via Pen Twyn Glas and Tal Trwynau for a cup of tea! Ascent 2800ft.

Ascend Cwm Cwmbeth & then follow the contour west through fields & woods with fine views into the Usk valley. Descend via a green lane & return to Crickhowell along the river.

Description:
This walk and event is aimed at wheelchair users and those with walking difficulties. There will be a woodland sculptor working there (see Arts Alive programme)

A wide gate at the entrance leads to a stone-dust covered path. The recommended route is anti-clockwise for wheelchair users, taken at a leisurely pace.
