Cancellation Policy

1. We can accept cancellations and changes up to 24 hours before the start of the Festival. Walkers may either opt for a different walk, subject to availability, or ask for a refund.
2. Within 24 hours of the start of the Festival, and once it has started, we are unable to give a refund to a walker who cancels a walk.
3. If a walk is completely cancelled by the Festival Organisers or the Walk Leader, before it has started, then walkers will be entitled to a refund or transfer to a different walk, subject to availability.
4. Walkers who do not show up for a walk on which they are booked will not be entitled to a refund.
