Fancy a Challenge in 2026?

The TM5 Challenge invites you to walk or run up Table Mountain up to 5 times in 10 hours. Each circuit is 4.5 miles and 1250 feet of ascent. The events starts at 8:00am and the latest finish is 6:00pm. Medals are awarded for completing 3, 4 & 5 circuits. Terms and conditions can be found HERE
