From Llanbedr church we walk down to the Grwyne Fechan river and follow it down to its confluence with the Grwyne Fawr. Then we walk up through trees to a quiet road and take a path next to Ty Canol which descends gradually to meet the river again. Crossing a stone bridge we ascend to another road which leads us back to Llanbedr. We look at an ancient yew in the churchyard and look at a memorial to a WWII bomber which crashed into the hillside nearby.
